Returns & Exchanges Terms
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund within 3 days of the purchase date. Please return the merchandise in its original condition and a copy of your invoice via insured and pre-paid mail to the address below:

If you wish to return your order within 3 days, please send an email to email@example.com for us to arrange a collection. Aura B Ltd will not be able to refund any customs charges and shipping charges that you have paid on your returned item.
Please note that items must be returned new with all labeling attached. We are unable to accept merchandise which is not comply with our return policies.
Furthermore, to ensure that your return is adequately protected in transit, we recommend you send your items back to us in the original packaging provided.
About Your Refund
Items should be returned within 3 days.
Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Shoe boxes, Eyewear, jewelry box should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.
Items should be returned new, unused, and with all FR and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
We prefer that items are returned to us via UPS to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit.
However, you may return the goods to us by any secure means. Please allow 10 to 14 business days from the date we receive your package to process your return or exchange request.
If a credit card refund is issued, please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the transaction to reflect on your billing statement since each bank's processing time varies.
All merchandise must be unworn and must have its original tags attached.
Credit will be issued for the original amount paid on the merchandise returned, excluding the shipping and handling fee.
Refunds are issued in the original form of payment only. If the order was paid by multiple methods, the refund will be issued first to the credit card, unless otherwise specified.
Notwithstanding anything else in these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to charge you for the cost of returning items to us.
About Your Exchange
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately at + 971 56 7058788 or email@example.com. It's free to exchange items for a different size. However, the desired size for the exchange item should be in stock with us. In the exchange shipping and handling is To exchange an item, please contact us at + 971 56 7058788 or firstname.lastname@example.org and specify Order Number, Item Name, desired Item size and all other detail to expedite your exchange. Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately.
Eyewear Returns / Exchanges
Within 3 days and with the original protective case, eyewear may be exchanged or returned. Worn/damaged eyewear without the original protective case may not be returned or exchanged. Defective Eyewear within the original receipt and protective case, eyewear may be exchanged or returned within 3 days.
Jewelry Returns / Exchanges
Within 3 days and with the original protective case, jewelry may be exchanged or returned. Worn/damaged jewelry without the original protective case may not be returned or exchanged. Defective jewelry within the original receipt and protective case, jewelry may be exchanged or returned within 3 days.
Shoe Returns / Exchanges
Please note that shoe returns must be sent back within 3 days of the purchase date. Items must be sent back in their original conditions. Shoes that show any sign of wear will not be accepted. The shoes must be returned in the original packaging with the original tags. Credit will be issued for the original purchase amount, excluding the shipping and handling fee. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment. If the order was bought with multiple forms of payment, the refund will be issued to the credit card, unless otherwise specified.
