When will I be charged?
If you are paying by credit card, once your credit card is authorized, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful.
My payment has been declined
This can happen for a number of reasons. If your card is not authorized, payment will not be taken, Try checking the card details you entered such as the card number, expiration date, and card type are correct and check that the billing address matches that listed with the card. Usually when a payment has not been authorized, the cardholder can call the issuer and discuss the matter, resulting with an authorized payment.

How do I know if an item is in Stock?
Some of our items are labeled “Ships Today”. These items are in stock and ready to be ordered today.
Other items may not be available to ship today and will be labeled with a future availability date when you select your size and color. If you order these dresses today a dress will be booked for you and made available at the next dress cutting scheduled for this dress in your size and color.
Some dresses may be out of stock and not available at this time and will be marked as Sold Out.

Will I have to pay duties and taxes?
All shipments require a signature and may be subject to taxes, duties and customs fees to be paid upon delivery. Please note that the courier company will charge all import sales taxes, customs duties and handling charges separately for each country where and when they may apply.
What type of address do you deliver to? Can you deliver to a Postal Box?
As all deliveries require a signature and may be subject to taxes, duties and customs fees to be paid upon delivery. We can only deliver to physical addresses and not to P.O. Boxes.
Can I return an item?
Yes, items can be returned. However you will need to notify us within 3 days of receiving your package to inform us of your intention to return the item.
